Your request must include the following information:
-Name and address, or another means to receive a response to your request
-A copy of documents proving your identity or, where applicable, the legal representation of your representative
- A clear and precise description of the personal data for which you seek to exercise any of the rights of access, rectification, cancellation, or opposition
- Any other element that facilitates the location of the requested data

Requests for rectification of personal data must include supporting documents that justify the requested modifications. The request will be answered within fifteen business days from the date of receipt.
